Payment Terms:

Option A: One-time payment

  • Fixed Fee: Single payment after first meeting
  • Commission: Percentage from revenue upon contract signing or product/service delivery
Option B: Three installments Fixed Fee: On Three installments “The total value of the three-installment plan is higher than the one-time payment option, due to its added flexibility and phased structure.”
  • First Payment: : Due after the first successful meeting with a potential customer
  • Second Payment : : Due after official financial or technical proposal submission to potential customer
  • Third Payment: : Due after contract signing or product/service delivery
  • Commission: Percentage from revenue upon contract signing or product/service delivery

Note: After the first meeting with potential customer, if no opportunity is identified and no follow-up step (such as a financial/technical proposal, second meeting, sample delivery, etc) is agreed upon, no fees will be charged.
